Buying and Selling Cars

• Evaluation: Used cars are evaluated based on their condition, maintenance history, and mileage. The evaluations provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on careful examination.
• Offers: Offers provided by the showroom to purchase cars are valid for a specific period determined when the offer is submitted. After this period, the offer may change according to the circumstances.
• Warranties: A warranty is provided for used cars according to the agreement between the two parties, and the warranty includes only the parts specified in the contract.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. The full agreed amount must be paid before delivering the car.

Delay in Payment: In the event of late payment of the amounts due, the showroom reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including canceling the deal.

Exchange and Return Policy

Car Replacement: Customers can replace their cars with other cars from the showroom according to the evaluation terms and agreed value.
Returns: Sold cars are only returned in exceptional cases and under conditions determined by the showroom. Returns must be within a specific time period with acceptable justifications.

Vehicle Inspection

Pre-Sale Inspection: All used cars we sell undergo a comprehensive inspection to ensure their quality. We recommend that customers inspect their cars before purchasing to ensure their condition.
